Selene took care of me from start to finish and honestly she took a whole lot of my frustration like it was just the wind blowing on a regular day lol she took care of my warranty to the fullest extent! Selene left no stone unturned! She got me exactly what I needed and got my truck taken care of completely! Even the rental car situation was such a hassle but Selene once again came through full force and had me in a vehicle the next day. There’s always some bad with good right? But one thing I really want to add is when Selene called me about the status of my truck and everything she was doing to make sure my warranty was utilized to its fullest extent, it was like talking to an old friend that we just picked up where we left off. She even asked how my weekend went. I fully believe Selene knew I was lost in this world without my truck. I worked so hard for that truck and I know Selene could see in my eyes how much I love my vehicle. She knew the assignment and she fully delivered 100000%!

Negotiated everything over the phone with Gus. Went in and signed and was leaving less than 2 hrs later. It was a busy Saturday, the only reason probably for the little wait. Car was cleaned and they went over everything with me. Great experience!

Bought a '24 Canyon AT4. Worked with Eric in sales. He was efficient and courteous of my time. Leo, in finance, was personable and leveled with you when going over warranty and getting me an APR I was comfortable with. Only wish they had a 'delivery coordinator' that went over the vehicle. I'm a tech savvy person but these vehicles are becoming more and more complex and customizable. I just want to get all I can out of the setup. I would have no problem recommending this dealership, Eric, or Leo to anyone else.

Nolan Prebianca was exceptionally good at his job, providing key answers to tricky questions and great advice throughout the whole process. He truly made me feel comfortable and happy in my purchase. I don't think I would have gotten a Buick had it not been for the great work of Nolan. I highly recommend Buick to all my friends and family and always tell them to find Nolan, he's the man!

Overall it was a great experience and I'm happy. Caleb was great! But I do feel like they lowballed me with my trade-in and wouldn't listen to what I had to say about it.
